Dental handpieces right use way:
1. The need to use a clean , dry , oil-free air compressors for medical use ;
2. The air pressure between 2.3-2.8kgf / cm2;
3. Place the adapter with quick connector at the bottom of a combination of dental handpieces , and confirm that the card lock fixed ;
4. Press the pedal , handpiece operation and examine whether the normal operation of the spray head . If everything is normal, you can start using the handpiece.
After each patient use , maintenance should be done as follows
1. First remove the diamond burs , and clean up all the teeth on dental handpieces precipitate ;
2. Use a metal needle to clean the spray holes and fumaroles ;
Note: The spray holes and diamond burs into 40 -degree angle , fumaroles and diamond burs to a 30 degree angle.
3. Place the clean lubricating oil is sprayed into the axial hole 1-2 seconds ( diamond burs is plugged holes ) ;
4. In the bottom of the handpiece were ( with / without quick connector ) two kinds of styling , make the right amount of lubricant is injected into the bottom ;
5. The handpiece with quick connector combination ( first determine the water switch is turned off )
6. Replace the diamond burs , surrounded by white silk cloth handpiece head ( make sure the needle does not touch the diamond burs and white gauze , so as not to tie ) ;
7. pedal depressed for about 20 seconds , look at whether there is in white gauze on any stain. If there are stains on the white gauze , again, add oil , starting from item 4 continued routine maintenance , know that white gauze until no stain ;
8. Finally, no more than 135 degrees Celsius temperature and high pressure sterilization.
